Settings → Billing shows your plan, your cycle end, and how much of the cycle you’ve used. The page stays reachable when a payment fails, so the owner can always recover the account.

Before you start

Only the owner opens the billing portal. An admin and a member see the plan and read the line “Only the workspace owner can manage billing.”

Plans

Every plan bills monthly and starts with a 7-day free trial. We capture the card at signup and charge it on day 7.

Overage

We never stop collecting at the limit, because losing your data is worse than a bill. The excess is charged at the end of the cycle.

Read the current-cycle card

The This cycle card tracks two balances, Events and Postbacks. Each row shows used, included, and a percentage. Usage lags ingest by about 5 minutes, so a test event you send now won’t move the number straight away.

Change the plan or the card

Every plan, card, and invoice change happens in the payment portal.
  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Select manage billing.
  3. Change the plan, the payment method, or download an invoice in the portal.
  4. Return to Settings → Billing.
A plan change alters your limits and your bill. It never deletes events we already collected, so downgrading is safe.

Verify

Open Settings → Billing. The plan name, the status badge, and Cycle ends all show the values you expect.

When it doesn’t work

Cancelling a subscription and deleting a workspace are different actions. Cancellation stops the bill. Deletion removes the data. See Delete a workspace.
