Sign up for a free account, then pick a plan once you launch a workspace. Each workspace has its own event budget, conversion budget, and AI credits. ## Plans ### Starter — \$79/month per workspace **For your first brand, dialing in tracking and attribution.** **Included:** * 250K events / month * 25,000 conversions sent to ad platforms / month * \$10/month AI chat credits (top up any time) * Unlimited team members * All integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Superwall, RevenueCat, Whop, Checkout Champ, Meta, Google, TikTok, OpenAI Ads) * All SDKs (Web, Node.js, iOS, React Native) * REST API + MCP server * Email + priority support ### Growth — \$199/month per workspace **For brands scaling spend on Meta, Google, TikTok, and OpenAI.** **Included:** * 1.5M events / month * 125,000 conversions sent to ad platforms / month * \$25/month AI chat credits (top up any time) * Unlimited team members * All integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Superwall, RevenueCat, Whop, Checkout Champ, Meta, Google, TikTok, OpenAI Ads) * All SDKs (Web, Node.js, iOS, React Native) * REST API + MCP server * Email + priority support ### Scale — \$399/month per workspace **For heavy volume, multi-brand teams, and agencies.** **Included:** * 5M events / month * 500,000 conversions / month * \$50/month AI chat credits * 1:1 onboarding * Everything in Growth ### Performance — \$599/month per workspace **For high-spend brands and performance agencies running multiple stacks.** **Included:** * 15M events / month * 1.5M conversions / month * \$75/month AI chat credits * Everything in Scale ### Enterprise — Custom **For teams with custom volume, retention, or SLA needs.** **Included:** * Custom event and conversion volume * Custom data retention * White-label * Custom SLA * Dedicated account manager * Custom ad platform integrations on request **Shopify merchants** installing DATALYR through the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify Billing on the same **Starter / Growth / Scale** plans (same prices) instead of card checkout. Performance and Enterprise are on the public signup flow only. ## Account vs Workspace Your **account** is free. Sign up, invite your team, and explore without being charged. You only get billed once you **launch a workspace** — typically one per brand or website you ship. Each workspace has its own: * Event budget * Conversion (postback) budget * AI chat credits * 7-day free trial Add or remove workspaces any time. We prorate. ## What Counts as an Event **Events Include:** * Pageviews * Custom events you track * Shopify orders * Stripe payments * Superwall, RevenueCat, and Whop subscription events **Not Counted:** * System events (`session_start`, `session_end`) * Failed events * Duplicate events (deduplication applied) **Example Monthly Usage:** ``` Website: 500,000 pageviews Custom tracking: 100,000 events (signups, clicks, etc.) Shopify orders: 25,000 orders Total: 625,000 events Plan needed: Growth ($199/month — 1.5M events) ``` ## What Are Conversions **Conversions** (postbacks) are events sent to ad platforms via Conversion Rules. **Example:** ``` Events: 250,000/month Conversion Rule: Send "purchase" to Meta, Google, TikTok Purchases: 2,000/month Conversions sent: 2,000 × 3 platforms = 6,000 conversions ``` Conversion limits only apply to conversions sent to ad platforms. Tracking conversions inside DATALYR is unlimited. ## Overage Charges You're never cut off. Overages bill at the end of the cycle. **Events Overage:** * \$2 per 50,000 additional events * Applied automatically when limit exceeded **Postback Overage:** * \$2 per 10,000 additional postbacks * Only charged for conversions sent to ad platforms **Example:** ``` Plan: Growth ($199, 1.5M events, 125k conversions) Actual: 1.6M events, 135k postbacks Overage: 100k events + 10k postbacks Charge: $4 (events) + $2 (postbacks) = $6 Total: $199 + $6 = $205 for the month ``` ## AI Chat Credits Every plan includes a monthly AI chat credit pool: | Plan | Credits / month | | ------------------------------ | --------------- | | Growth | \$25 | | Scale | \$50 | | Performance | \$75 | | Enterprise | Custom | | Starter (Shopify install only) | \$10 | AI Chat queries your own data through DATALYR's public API. The same Agent key (`dk_agent_`) powers our MCP integration. **Top up at any time** from Settings → Billing if you need more credits inside a cycle. Unused credits don't roll over. ## Free Trial **7-day free trial** on every workspace: * No credit card required * Full feature access * Cancel anytime before trial ends Each new workspace starts a fresh 7-day trial, so launching a new brand never costs you upfront. ## Team Members All plans include **unlimited team members**. Roles: * **Owner** — full access including billing * **Admin** — manage team and settings (no billing access) * **Member** — view and edit data * **Viewer** — read-only Invite team members in Settings → Team. ## Billing Cycle **Monthly Billing:** * Charged on signup date each month * Usage resets on billing date * Overages billed at end of cycle ## Payment Methods **Accepted:** * Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) * Debit cards * ACH (Enterprise only) Payments are processed securely via Stripe. ## Upgrading Plans Upgrade any time. Takes effect immediately with prorated billing. **Example:** ``` Day 1: Workspace on Growth ($199) Day 15: Upgrade to Scale ($399) Credit: $99.50 (15 days unused) Charge: $399 - $99.50 = $299.50 ``` ## Downgrading Plans Downgrade is scheduled for the next billing cycle: * Current plan stays active until end of cycle * New limits apply on renewal * Data is retained Mid-cycle downgrade is blocked to avoid surprise overages. ## Cancellation Cancel any time: * Access until end of billing period * No further charges * Data retained for 90 days * Reactivate within 90 days Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. ## Fair Use Policy * No scraping or bot traffic * Legitimate business use only * Reasonable API usage * No reselling access Violations may result in account suspension. ## Enterprise Custom Pricing Contact sales for: * Over 15M events/month * Custom data retention * Custom SLAs * White-label deployments * Multiple workspaces with consolidated billing * Custom ad platform integrations Email: [hello@datalyr.com](mailto:hello@datalyr.com) ## Frequently Asked Questions **Can I change plans mid-cycle?** Yes — upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. **What happens if I exceed limits?** Overages are charged at $2 per 50,000 events and $2 per 10,000 postbacks.
